Privacy Policy

AISurvey (“we,” “the platform”) is a platform for creating surveys and collecting data, hosted on servers in Uzbekistan (the aisurvey.uz domain). This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use and protect it, in accordance with the Personal Data Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan (No. ZRU-547).

1. What data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, organization name, password (in encrypted form).
• Google sign-in data: if you use Google sign-in, we receive your basic profile — name, email address, and profile photo — solely to create and authenticate your account.
• Form and response data: the forms you create and the respondent answers you collect. This data belongs to you.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and session cookies needed for the service to work.

2. How we use data

• Providing and supporting the platform.
• Authenticating and securing accounts.
• Sending service emails (email confirmation, password reset).
• Preventing fraud and abuse.

3. Google users' data

Use of information obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We receive only the basic profile (email, name, photo) for sign-in, and we do not share this data with third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it for purposes unrelated to giving you access to your account.

4. Data sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. To run the service we use a limited set of processors:

• Resend — sending transactional emails.
• Cloudflare — DNS and network protection.
• Hosting and data storage — on servers physically located in Uzbekistan.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and related data by writing to us. After deletion, data is erased within a reasonable technical timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use encryption of data in transit (TLS), password hashing, data isolation between organizations, and access control. Complete protection against all risks cannot be guaranteed, but we take reasonable measures.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, as well as to withdraw consent.

8. Children

The platform is not intended for people under 18.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
