AISurvey provides tools for building forms, running surveys, and collecting and analyzing data.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, or collecting data without respondents' consent.
• You must comply with personal data law regarding the responses you collect and obtain the necessary consent from respondents.

4. Your data

The forms and responses you collect belong to you. You are the controller of this data and are responsible for the lawfulness of its processing. We act as a processor and store the data on servers in Uzbekistan. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is.” We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
